Terms of Service

1. Services Provided
We offer professional photography services, including but not limited to event photography, portrait sessions, and the publication of images on galleries, websites, and promotional materials (subject to client consent).
2. Booking and Payment
- A booking is considered confirmed only after communication with IT and your photographer (if required)
- Full payment is due as agreed to in negotiations with IT and the photographer
- Deposits are non-refundable unless it is necessary or just
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information for scheduling and delivery
- Arrive on time and be cooperative during sessions
- Notify us in advance of any specific requirements or restrictions
- Review and agree to any model or photo release forms if applicable
4. Photo Usage and Consent
We will only use your images for promotional purposes (website, gallery, social media, etc.) if you provide explicit consent.
- Consent must be given in writing or through an electronic agreement
- You may revoke consent at any time in writing, and we will remove your images from display
- Without consent, we will not use your identifiable images for any public or promotional purpose
5. Intellectual Property
- All photographs remain the intellectual property of Captur, unless transferred by written agreement
- Clients receive usage rights as outlined in their specific service agreement (e.g., personal use, print release, commercial use)
- Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of our images is prohibited unless stated otherwise
6. Delivery and Editing
- Edited images will be delivered in high-resolution format within the agreed timeline
- Raw/unprocessed files are not shared unless agreed upon in writing
- Minor retouching is included; advanced editing may incur additional fees
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Clients may reschedule without penalty if the photographer is available at that time
- Cancellations within [5] hours may result in a forfeited deposit
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule with notice
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Losses or damages due to delays, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
- Client dissatisfaction resulting from a lack of communication of expectations
Our liability, in any case, will not exceed the total amount paid for the services.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and photographs.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
